Abstract

Our preliminary results indicated that the synthesis and study of bls-azoles, particularly thiazolylpyrazoles, could produce useful results. Our intention in the work described here was to ascertain the effect on the toxicity and radioprotective propertie s caused by attachment to the thiazole ring of substituents such as the CH3, C~ Hs, and polyhydroxyphenyl groups, and by annelation of a benzene ring.
