Abstract
Abstract The solid-Phase bromination of a series of tert-butyl-substituted phenols with N- bromosuccinimide and dioxane dibromide afforded halogenated cyclohexadienones, quinobromides. Under the extrusion conditions, the latter underwent further transformations, mainly, debromination.
