Abstract

Abstract Two new triphenylpyrylium salts, both being fixed to a polymeric backbone, have been synthesized. They a sensitizers for photochemically induced electron-transfer. reactions, offering the possibility of heterogeneous charge transfer. Their usability in electron- transfer-catalyzed dimerizations and mixed cycloadditions of 1, 3-cyclohexadiene and phenyl vinyl ether has been tested in comparison to other common photosensitizers such ...
