Abstract

Abstract One gold (I)-substituted styrylbenzene, six digold (I) distyrylbenzenes, one tetragold distyrylbenzene, and four digold distyrylnaphthalene complexes were synthesized using base-promoted auration, alkynylation, triazolate formation, and Horner–Wadsworth– Emmons reactions.
