Abstract

6 N3 I employed as specific binding agents for the serotonin 1A re~ eptor.~~ The azido compound labeled with 3H displayed good affinity with the serotonin receptor; however, the limited specific activity of tritium (-85 Ci/mmol) prevents the further characterization of the receptor with this tracer.
