Abstract

Abstract N-Hydroxyharnstoffe 13 (R 1= tert-Alkyl) lagern sich in Lösung in die O-Carbamoyl- hydroxylamine 14 um. Die Reaktion verläuft über eine sterisch bedingte Dissoziation von 13 in Isocyanate und Hydroxylamine, wie durch IR-spektroskopische Befunde, Abfangreaktionen und Kreuzungsexperimente gezeigt wurde.
