Abstract

Abstract N, N′-(Phenylmethylene) diacetamide analogues which were simply prepared from the condensation reaction of an aldehyde with an amide or urea were found to be efficient ligands in copper-catalyzed coupling reaction of aryl halides with various azole nucleophiles.
