Abstract

1, 2, 3-Triazolo [1, 5-a] quinazolines are an important class of heterocycles, which have been the subject of great interest because of their biological activities. For instance, in the works of Jones and coworkers [1] the synthesis and evaluation of the biological affinity of a large number of C-5 substituted 1, 2, 3-triazolo [1, 5-a] quinazolines are reported.
