Abstract
The general confusion associated with the scope and products of this reaction as well as the unusual nature of the catalysis prompted us to undertake a detailed examination of the reactions of acetylenes with nickel-carbonyl-phosphine complexes. This paper presents the results of a broad survey of the scope and products of the reaction.
