Abstract
Benzothiazolyl thiocarbamides has been achieved using a catalytic amount of 4- dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) followed by its chemoselective oxidative cyclization with 1, 3- di-n-butylimidazolium tribromide [bbim][Br3] to afford the N-bis-benzothiazole derivatives.
