Abstract
A palladium-catalyzed intramolecular aerobic oxidative C–H amination of 2-aryl-3- (arylamino) quinazolinones has been developed, providing a variety of substituted indazolo [3, 2-b] quinazolinone derivatives in moderate to excellent yields.
