Abstract

The reaction of 2-aminonicotinic acid with ethyl chloroform-phorinanone 6 was allowed to react with the tetracarbonyl ate, followed by alkylation with NaH/MeI and decarboxyla- norbornadiene derivatives of chromium (0) and molybdetion with methylamine, led to N- methyl-2-(methylamino) ni-num (0).
