Abstract

Energetic salts comprised of substituted 1, 2, 4-triazolium and tetrazolium cations and 3, 5- dinitro-1, 2, 4-triazolate anion were synthesized and characterized. The structure of 4, 5- dimethyl-1-aminotetrazolium 3, 5-dinitro-1, 2, 4-triazolate (16) was confirmed by X-ray analysis.
