Abstract

Previous studies in these laboratories have demonstrated that certain compounds containing 2, 2-dimethylpyrrolidiiie (I) are particularly potent anticholinergics. The structurally similar compound, l-azaspiro [4.5] decane (11), has now been prepared, in which the two methyl groups are joined in a ring.
