Abstract

Abstract Thiophosphoric acid derivatives having structures similar to known anticholinesterases, were synthesized for the investigation of their possible enzyme inhibition in vivo. Based on theoretical considerations concerning structures of known chemotherapeutic agents, these compounds may possess antitumor activity.
