Abstract

A highly sensitive and rapid enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of the arylurea herbicides monuron, diuron, and linuron is described. Diuron haptens with two different polymethylene handle locations were evaluated for use as immunizing and/or tracer antigens.
