Characteristics and Purposes Ø Wax emulsion refers to the particle size distribution in 1mu m below the water system, according to the emulsion ionic distinguish, non-ionic, anionic, and cationic. Wax emulsion and dispersion are different, generally no matting effect, used for paint and ink gloss required. Ø CE-11 is a carnauba wax emulsion used for textile finishing, coating, printing inks, and paper making with wear resistance, anti-craved, improves gloss, and soft touch effects. Ø CE-11 can be used in waterborne coating system like floor, leather, furniture, automotive, paper, other polishes, varnishes field, as well as water-based ink, liquid shoe polish, metal mold release agents, and other industries. Ø When added to the leather finishing agent, it can increase the leather wax feeling and brightness; When added to the paste, it can help with the leveling effect, and can prevent the coating from stickiness when exposed to heat. Contents and Methods of Use It is usually added directly into the variety of systems with the additional amount of wax emulsion which is generally between 2-10 %.
