Abstract

A promising way to increase the specific activity of a parent compound and reduce its side effects is to form coor- dination compounds with metal ions [1]. Potential ligands are offered by tryptophan-containing dipeptides with the general formula HX-Trp-OH (X = Glu, Asp, Leu, Ile) pos- sessing immunostimulant activity [2 - 4].
