Some new fluorinated esters, CF3C02Rr [Rf=(CFS) SC, CIFs (CF&C,(CF,) 2 (CH~) C, and (CF,) &H], with substituents other than fluorine on the alkoxy 01 carbon have been prepared using the cesium fluoride catalyzed reactions of trifluoroacetyl fluoride with fluoro alcohols.
