Abstract

For this reason, it appeared to us desirable to examine the antiviral properties of compounds of sulfur-containingpurines, of which thioinosine is one, with amino alcohols as substituents in positions 6 and 8 in the ring. The introduction of amino alcohol residues into thiopurines should increase their water solubility.
