Abstract

Polysubstituted olefins broadly exist in natural and synthetic compounds, which can be constructed through various pathways,[1] such as Wittig reaction, Julia–Lythgoe olefination, as well as coupling reactions.[2] Among coupling reactions, the Suzuki–Miyaura coupling is one of the most efficient choices for alkenyl halides and their derivatives.[3] However, due to the limited availability, high cost and low reactivity of the coupling partners, this method is ...
