Abstract

A new silane, dl-n-butyttetramethylne (DBTMDS), has been synthesized. Sllanlzatlons with DBTMDS of a narrow-pore and a wlde-pore silka yielded relatlvely high concen-tratknr d bonded n-butyi ligands, of 4.22 and 4.09 pmWm*, respectively.
