Abstract

Aminoquinolines (AQs) with diaminoalkane side chains (-HNRNEt2) shorter or longer than the isopentyl side chain [-HNCHMe (CH2) 3NEt2] of chloroquine are active against both chloroquine-susceptible and-resistant Plasmodium falciparum.(De, D.; et al.
