Abstract: Several novel l-heteroarylalkyl substituted benzimidazoles were synthesized in the reaction of vari-ous halogenoalkylheterocycles with benzimidazoles. The structures of the products were confirmed by their spectral and analytical data. The potential biological properties of the new compounds were evaluated using the PASS programme.
