Abstract

Structure-activity relationship studies of substituted arylsulfoanilides as antiproliferatives, which are mediated by the partial depletion of intracellular Ca2+ stores, resulted in the identification of compounds with micromolar activity against lung cancer cells in a growth inhibition assay.
