Abstract The synthesis of nitrogen heterocycle derivatives (pyridine, pyrimidine, pyrazine) of 3-mercapto-1, 2, 4-triazole and 3-mercapto-1-methyl-1, 2, 4-triazole is described. The antithyroid activity of compounds is evaluated by action on molecular iodine, by action on peroxidase and in vivo on the rat (hormones levels, histology).
