Abstract

Abstract Fusion of 1-phenyl-2-acylhydrazine (III) with urea gave Δ 2-1, 2, 4-triazolin-5-one and Δ 2-1, 3, 4-oxadiazolin-5-one derivatives together with various by-products. Furthermore, various derivatives were synthesized for the purpose of examination in a pharmacological screening test.
