Abstract [Ni (Ph)(PPh 3)(N, O)] complexes containing phenylimino-phenolato ligands (N, O)(1: N, O= A; 2: N, O= B; 3: N, O= C; 4: N, O= D; 5: N, O= E) have been synthesized and characterized.
