Three coordination polymers containing Cd (II) and Co (II), connected via 4-[(3-pyridyl) methylamino] benzoate (L−), have been synthesized in hydrothermal conditions. In [Cd (L) Cl] n (1), adjacent Cd (II) cations are linked by carboxylates to give a dinuclear cluster.
