As an extension of our studies on discovering a novel substance P (SP) antagonist, we modified the previously reported dipeptide, W-[W-(1H-indol-3-ylcarbony1)-~-lysyll-N-methyl- N-(phenyl-methyl)-L-phenylalaninamide (2b).
