Abstract

Abstract A series of N 1-acyl derivatives of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) bearing the residues of palmitic, p-myristoylaminobenzoic, p-oleoylaminobenzoic, and adamantane-1-carboxylic acids have been synthesized.
