Abstract Durch Umsetzen von Dimethylchlorsilan, Methyltrichlorsilan und Siliciumtetrachlorid mit Cyclohexandiol-(1.2), Cyclohexandiol-(1.4), 2-Methoxy- cyclohexanol, 2-Äthoxy-cyclohexanol, 1α. 3α-Dimethoxy-cyclohexanol-(2β), 1α. 2β- Dihydroxy-3α-methoxy-cyclohexan konnten Organooxysilane mit zwei, drei und vier Cyclohexylresten erhalten werden.
