Abstract

The 2, 2-diphenylvinyl (I) and l-(p-tolyl)-2, 2-diphenylvinyl (11) radicals are formed by the thermal decomposition of the appropriate tert-butyl peresters in solvents such as cumene and tert-butylbenaene.
