Abstract

Several polyalkyl pyridine and quinoline derivatives which are not easily accessible by synthetic approaches have become available recently by the separation of basic straight run and. cracked petroleum fractions. Bailey and his co-workers' have published a long series of interesting articles dealing with the separation and the structure of individual nitrogen- containing constituents of these fractions.
