Abstract

Two efficient procedures involving tin hydride or thiophenol-mediated intramolecular homolytic substitution at the sulfur atom are reported. They lead to the generation of varied P (V)-centered radicals from the corresponding aryl or alkyne thiophosphorus substrates.
