Abstract

Fluorescence spectroscopy is a powerful, extremely sensitive technique for the investigation of enzyme and ribozyme mechanisms. Herein, we describe the synthesis and characterization of water-soluble fluorescence probes for studying biocatalytic Diels− Alder reactions.
