Abstract

A series (24-30) of substituted thiadiazolines was synthesized and tested for in c, itro carbonic anhydrase inhibition and for protective ability against pentylenetetrazole-induced convulsions. ED;,)(pentylenetetrazole protection). TD, o, and LD:,, values are reported for each compound.
