Abstract

The metalorganic vapor-phase epitaxy (MOVPE) of cadmium zinc telluride (Cd1-y Zn y Te) from dimethylcadmium (DMCd), dimethylzinc (DMZn), diethylzinc (DEZn), and diisopropyltelluride (DIPTe) was studied using on-line infrared spectroscopy to monitor the feed and effluent gases.
