Abstract

A series of polycyclic 'cage'derivatives of N-geranyl-1, 2 diamines were synthesized and screened for their anti-mycobacterial activity against H37Rv, multidrug resistant (MDR) and extensively drug-resistant (XDR) strains of tuberculosis.
