Abstract The reaction of diaminotetrachloro-cyclotriphosphazene with tetrachloride of μ- imino-diphosphoric acid leads to the formation of the salt-like compound [P 3 N 3 HCl 4 (NH 2) 2]+[N (POCl 2) 2]− which identity was unambiguously established by means of X-ray structure analysis.
