Abstract

In a previous paper, the preparation of three series of acids was described, B- cyclohexylethyl, y-cyclohexylpropyl and b-cyclohexylbutyl alkyl acetic acids. Of these acids those containing from 16 to 18 carbon atoms were found to have an especially high bactericidal action toward B.
