Abstract

The discovery and characterization of a novel chemical series of phosphorothioyl-containing imidazopyridines as potent neuropeptide S receptor antagonists is presented. The synthesis of analogues and their structure–activity relationship with respect to the Gq, Gs, and ERK pathways is detailed.
