The enantiospecific synthesis of (R)-Boc-(Fmoc)-aminoglycine 7 was achieved.(S)-Cbz- serine 1 was reacted with diphenylphosphoryl azide in the presence of triethylamine to yield cyclic (S) carbamate 2.
