Abstract

Abstract Novel triazolopyrimidine acylsulfonamides class of antimycobacterial agents, which are mycobacterial acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS) inhibitors were designed by hybridization of known AHAS inhibitors such as sulfonyl urea and triazolopyrimidine sulfonamides.
