Abstract The crystal structure of the title compound,[Cu (C28H38-N404)](C104) 2" H20, shows that the CuH ion is in a distorted square-pyramidal environment. The average Cu--O and Cu--N bond lengths are 1.916 (2) and 1.936 (3),~, respectively. Both of the morpholino rings adopt a chair conformation.
