Abstract

A rapid, simple, and sensitive liquid chromatography–atmospheric pressure chemical ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC–APCI-MS/MS) method was developed for the identification and quantification of emodin metabolites in Raji cells, using aloe-emodin as an internal standard.
