Abstract

A series of spiropiperidine carbazoles were synthesized and evaluated as MCHR2 antagonists using a FLIPR assay. The pharmacokinetic properties of selected compounds have also been studied. This effort led to the discovery of potent and specific MCHR2 antagonists.
