Abstract

(±)-3-Amino-1-(4, 4′-dimethoxytriphenylmethyl)-2-propanediol was attached to succinylated alkylamino-controlled pore glass via the second amide bond. The resulting solid phase was acylated to give seven new universal solid supports, compatible with the preparation of all common types of oligodeoxyribonucleotides.
