Abstract

Five-membered aromatic systems having three heteroatoms are still being studied because of their interesting biological properties. Among them, the 1,2,4-triazole and 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives possess a wide range of various pharmacological activities, which mainly depend on the nature of the substituents.
