Abstract

derivatives for N-substituted thioureas. The yield of picrates obtained (85-90%), their high molecular weight, their low solubility, and their crys-tallinity, as demonstrated in several instances by well-defined x-ray diffraction patterns,'favored the use of these derivatives in the isolation and identification of micro quantities.'
